Our board of trustees has 4 proprietor's representatives that are appointed by the Bishop. Their role is to ensure that the Special Cathoilic Character of our school is always upheld as part of their governing role. Proprietor's appointees to the board of trustees
are full voting members.
Each year the proprietors on the Board of Trustees are required to report to the Proprietor about our school.
To this end, they formulate an annual report to the Proprietor.
